The founding team
Michel ETIENNE
Michel brings over twenty years of experience in insurance and technology. His career has led him through various strategic roles, from analysis and project management to serving as CIO of Foyer Global Health for 5 years. He has driven several major IT transformation and modernisation initiatives. Experienced in risk management and IT governance, his expertise — forged within leading financial institutions and insurance companies — enables him to effectively support organisations in optimising their risk management and aligning IT processes with regulatory and business requirements.
Pierre TOMASINA
Driven by a passion for software development and web technologies, Pierre has become a recognized expert through his DevOps consulting engagements across e-commerce, media, finance, and insurance sectors. Since 2008, he has been supporting technical teams in development, continuous deployment, and infrastructure creation. Cybersecurity is an essential component. Hacker by nature, he understands system weaknesses to make them resilient. Since 2024, he has been applying the same rigor to the secure integration of AI in production environments, through expertise in Inference Engineering for on-premise configurations and AI Engineering for Agentic development.
Thierry PETITGENET
Thierry brings extensive experience in compliance and security. He played a key role in the development and deployment of MONARC, a tool born from a public initiative, now widely adopted by the public and private sectors in Luxembourg and Belgium. Designed to build risk maps and formulate tailored recommendations, MONARC has become a benchmark. Holding a Master's degree in information security management, Thierry has been supporting numerous organisations in their compliance and security efforts since 2018, particularly in relation to GDPR, the NIS2 directive and ISO 27001.
